Challenges of our times
Today we live in a fast-paced world of overwhelming information and cascading external challenges. The five elements that make life possible - earth, water, fire, air and space - are greatly polluted today which directly affects our mental and physical well-being. Many are struggling to feel anchored in their inner clarity and peace.
Along with the challenges of the external environment, our past traumas can keep us stuck in old distorted patterns. When our traumas are unresolved they literally live in our body in the form of heaviness and blockages. And our full energy and potency is not available to us limiting our creativity and growth.
Most of us therefore live in chronic levels of anxiety, fear and shame, a sense of not feeling enough, a lack of belonging and other difficult emotions.

I offer the following spectrum of services and therapies:
-
Releasing the inner critic.
-
Help work with difficult emotions through cultivating compassion, dis-identification and wisdom.
-
Help people unlock shame so that their life force is available to them for greater life-affirming work in the world.
-
I teach mindfulness meditation techniques that help my clients find resources and nourishment by being in the present moment.
-
As a student of undoing systemic patriarchy, I help my clients discern their needs and boundaries through various psychological processes.
-
My practice of meditation has also helped me teach my clients to become more embodied. To come deeper into their own physical body instead of being lost in wandering mind, excessive thinking, grasping or worry.
-
Help people realize that pain is optional. That one does not need to remain unhappy, unfulfilled and dysregulated where life feels like drudgery. We can choose a skilful response with awareness and transform our wounds into healing medicine.
-
I offer extensively researched transformational tools of somatic trauma healing. I support my clients to release trauma that can sometimes be stuck in the body for decades. Trauma often shows up in the form of flight, fight, freeze or appease responses. I teach people to track, regulate and strengthen their nervous system thereby bringing greater coherence and peace in their energetic system.
I strongly believe human life is very precious and we don't have to abandon or deny parts of ourselves. Integrating them is important to fully come into our power.
I believe that every person has the capacity to change and get in touch with their work in the world - their sacred calling
